Store Credit or Buy Back (After 7 Days)

If you wish to return a product after 7 days, we may offer store credit or a buy-back option, provided we deem it appropriate. This decision will be based on the product’s condition and any issues reported.

• Store Credit: If your return is accepted after 7 days, we may issue you store credit for the value of the product, which can be used for future purchases.
• Buy Back: Alternatively, we may offer a buy-back option where we will repurchase the product from you at a fair price, depending on its condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, e-liquids and opened vape products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Additionally, sale items or products purchased during special promotions may have different return policies, which will be outlined at the time of purchase.
